Digital Growth Audit · free

Seven findings on one page: site performance, search and AI discoverability, Google Business, conversion leaks, competitor positioning, tracking gaps and the automation you're missing. Free, and yours whether you hire us or not.

We read your public pages, measure mobile speed and ask four AI assistants the questions your buyers ask.

What the seven findings cover

01

Site performance

Mobile speed from Google PageSpeed, measured on your real homepage.

02

Search & AI discoverability

Indexing, sitemap, schema, AI crawler access, llms.txt, and whether assistants name you.

03

Google Business

What your site tells Google about where you are and what people say about you.

04

Conversion leaks

WhatsApp, click-to-call, forms and chat: how fast an interested buyer can reach you.

05

Competitor positioning

Who the AI assistants recommend when a buyer asks for a business like yours.

06

Tracking gaps

Analytics, ad pixels and CRM: whether you can trace an enquiry back to its source.

07

Automation

The gap between an enquiry arriving and someone replying to it.

What the audit can and can't see

What we measure

  • Your public pages: titles, headings, schema, links, forms, WhatsApp and phone links.
  • Which tools load on the page: analytics, ad pixels, chat, CRM and booking scripts.
  • Mobile speed from Google PageSpeed, run on your homepage at the time of the audit.
  • robots.txt, your sitemap and which AI crawlers you allow.

What we can't see from outside

  • Your Google Business Profile, ad accounts and analytics data.
  • What happens inside your CRM, and how fast your team actually replies.
  • Whether a tracking tag records conversions correctly — a tag loading isn't proof.
  • We don't log in anywhere. These we check with you in the review call.

How we ask the AI assistants

Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude each get three questions a buyer would ask without your name, and one that names you, once each, through their developer APIs on the day of the audit. Only Perplexity searches the live web. Answers vary by day, model and wording, and the apps people use can answer differently — so treat this as a sample, not a verdict.

How findings are labelled

Every finding says whether we measured it, inferred it from public signals, or need access to confirm it. Scores are our own 0–100 weighting of the checks, not Google's. An llms.txt file is optional; we note it, we don't fail you for it.
