B2B & industrial

Lead generation and RFQ systems for industrial suppliers and distributors in the UAE. Every RFQ gets an owner, a reference and a date to chase it.

Industrial supplier marketing in the UAE is the work of making a range findable by engineers, buyers and AI assistants, making sure RFQs arrive with part, quantity and drawings, and giving every RFQ an owner and a follow-up date. Lucidarc Digital builds it for suppliers and distributors as a fixed-fee 90-day system: AED 15,000–30,000. Evidence · published The 90-day system: fixed fee. AED 15,000–30,000 (≈ USD 4,000–8,000), fixed for the first 90 days and covering everything we set up. The audit sets the exact number within the range. 03 · How they choose

How buyers choose and enquire.

What happens before anyone contacts you. Open a step for the detail.

  1. 01

Two kinds of demand, at two speeds

Formal tenders reach registered vendors as an RFQ or RFT, with prequalification and, for ADNOC and other ICV participants, an ICV certificate submitted alongside the commercial bid. Around them sits faster work: a contractor, plant or fleet operator who needs a part searches the part number or brand with 'Dubai' or 'Sharjah', or messages a salesperson they already know.

  2. 02

The engineer specifies, procurement compares, a manager signs

One order passes through several people. The engineer wants datasheets, standards and materials before asking anything. Procurement wants the vendor pack: trade licence, ICV certificate, ISO certificates and brand authorisation letters. The manager wants delivery, terms and someone accountable.

  3. 03

    RFQs arrive with attachments

A drawing, a nameplate photo, a bill of quantities or a spec sheet, sent by email, web form or WhatsApp, often to whoever the buyer found first. What matters is whether it reaches someone who can price it, with the quantity, delivery point and required-by date attached.

  4. 04

    November fills the pipeline

ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi and Big 5 Global in Dubai fall in the same month in 2026. A week of badge scans and business cards becomes months of follow-up, or none, depending on whether the contacts reach a CRM with an owner.

  5. 05

An assistant may draw the first shortlist

With 70.1% of working-age UAE residents having used generative AI by early 2026, a buyer may start by asking an assistant who stocks a part in the UAE. It can only name suppliers whose ranges, stock locations and certifications are written on pages it can read, not locked in a PDF catalogue.

04 · The leak

Where industrial supply enquiries get lost.

Most happen after the enquiry arrives. The free audit shows which apply to you.

  1. Leak 01

RFQs land in one person's inbox

An emailed PDF goes to the salesperson the buyer knew. If they're on site or on leave, it waits, and nobody else can see how many RFQs are open or how long quotes are taking.

  2. Leak 02

The form asks for a message, not a part

No fields for part or model, quantity, delivery point, required-by date or a drawing upload, so every RFQ needs a round of emails before anyone can price it.

  3. Leak 03

    The catalogue is a PDF

Pressure ratings, materials and standards sit in a download that search engines and AI assistants read poorly, and that buyers can't search by part number.

  4. Leak 04

The vendor pack isn't on the site

Trade licence, ICV certificate, ISO certificates and authorisation letters are sent on request, so procurement has to email you before it can prequalify you.

  5. Leak 05

    Show contacts go cold

Badge scans from ADIPEC or Big 5 sit in a spreadsheet. Follow-up depends on who remembers, and by January nobody can say which conversations turned into quotes.

  6. Leak 06

Quotes go out and nobody knows what happened

No follow-up date, no lost reason, and no record of whether a PO came from search, a repeat buyer, a show, a distributor or a portal.

06 · Your 90 days

Your 90 days, built for industrial suppliers & distributors.

The same three months as every 90-day system, shaped for industrial suppliers & distributors. You own every account from the first day. Evidence · published You own every account. 1. Month 1

Foundation: make the range findable and the RFQ complete

What we build · 4 steps
    • Product and spares pages built from your catalogue, searchable by part number, model, standard and application, with datasheets in the page and not only as PDFs.
    • An RFQ form that asks part or model, quantity, delivery point and required-by date, and takes drawings, nameplate photos and BOQs as attachments.
    • A vendor pack page: trade licence, ICV certificate with its validity date, ISO certificates and the brand authorisations you can evidence.
    • A CRM register from RFQ to quote to PO, time-stamped and routed by product line and territory, with GA4, call tracking and WhatsApp Business connected.
  2. Month 2

Acquisition: be found by the engineer and the buyer

What we build · 4 steps
    • Search campaigns on part-number, brand and 'supplier in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah' searches, judged on qualified RFQs rather than clicks.
    • Answer pages for the questions engineers and procurement ask (standards, equivalents, certificates, how to request a quote), drafted from your data and approved by your technical lead.
    • LinkedIn campaigns aimed at maintenance, procurement and project roles in the sectors you supply.
    • A show plan for ADIPEC and Big 5: a page per show, a CRM import for badge scans with the consent basis recorded, and a follow-up sequence.
  3. Month 3

Automation: every RFQ acknowledged, owned and chased

What we build · 4 steps
    • WhatsApp and web intake that acknowledges an RFQ with a reference, asks only for what's missing, and hands over to a named sales engineer. Prices and terms always come from a person.
    • Quote follow-up reminders timed to your sales cycle, with the reason logged when a quote is lost.
    • Re-engagement for accounts that have stopped ordering, where you have a basis to contact them.
    • A pipeline dashboard: RFQs, quotes and POs by source, product line and territory.

What we'd measure

  • RFQs received, by source and product line
  • RFQ completeness: how many arrive with part, quantity, delivery point and drawing
  • Median time from RFQ to quote
  • Quote-to-PO rate, with lost reasons
  • PO value by source: search, repeat buyers, exhibitions, distributors, portals
  • Out-of-hours RFQs: acknowledged, assigned, and when a person picked them up
  • Cost per qualified RFQ from paid campaigns

Measured in your own accounts from the first month. Any target is a planning range, never a promise.

07 · Choosing an agency

How to choose an agency for industrial suppliers & distributors.

Questions to ask whoever you hire, including us.

  1. 01

They ask for your catalogue before your logo

Industrial buyers start from specifications. An agency that opens with brand, social posts and a new colour palette is starting where your buyers don't.
  2. 02

They report RFQs and POs, not clicks

Ask how they'll tie a purchase order back to the search, show or distributor that produced it. If the monthly report stops at traffic and form fills, it stops before revenue.
  3. 03

They say what they can't do about tenders

No agency wins an ADNOC or government tender for you; prequalification, ICV and commercial terms decide those. Be wary of anyone who implies otherwise.
  4. 04

They won't publish a claim you can't evidence

Ask how they handle ICV scores, 'approved vendor' wording and distributorships. Every one should sit next to a certificate or letter you can produce on request.
  5. 05

Their industrial work is real, and they say where it is

Ask to see projects where engineers are the buyer, and ask which market each one is in. Work from another country is still useful if it's described as what it is.
  6. 06

You own the accounts and the data

Ad accounts, analytics, the CRM and the WhatsApp number should be in your company's name, so the pipeline stays with you if the agency changes.

08 · The rules

The rules that shape industrial supply marketing in the UAE.

Each regulator's own document, in plain words, linked and dated. We build every page, ad and message to fit them.

  1. Rule 01ADNOC In-Country Value programme (certification through the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology)

ICV certificates come from empanelled bodies, and expire

ADNOC's FAQ says ICV certificates are issued by the certifying bodies empanelled on the ICV Certifying Bodies List. A supplier needs one certificate per trade licence, usable with all participating entities under each entity's own implementation policy. Each certificate is valid for 14 months from the date of issuance of the audited financial statement, or until a new set of financial statements is issued, whichever is earlier.

    As read
  2. Rule 02ADNOC

Without an ICV certificate, an ADNOC bid scores zero on ICV

ADNOC's ICV Implementation Guidelines for Suppliers (version 3, February 2020) say bidders in all ADNOC tenders must submit a valid ICV certificate with the commercial bid. A bidder can take part without one, but its ICV score is then considered zero and it ranks lower in the order of preference. Where an agent bids for a principal, the two certificates are averaged: (agent + principal) ÷ 2.

    As read
  3. Rule 03UAE Media Council

Nothing falsely attributed to an entity or person

The Media Council's Media Content Standards, under Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023, include not publishing 'false news, forged papers, or those incorrectly attributed to entities or persons' (standard 13) and not spreading 'rumours and misleading news' (standard 15). The Council says violations may lead to administrative fines, closure of the media institution or cancellation of the media licence or permit.

    As read
  4. Rule 04UAE Media Council

Social media advertising needs a permit, except owners promoting their own business

The Advertiser Permit Guide (Media Council Chairman's Decision No. 3 of 2025, under Federal Decree-Law No. 55 of 2023) says the permit applies to all individuals who produce advertising content, with or without compensation, on social media or any modern technological means from within the UAE. It is not required for 'an individual promoting a product or service belonging to themselves or a company they own via their personal account'.

    As read
  5. Rule 05UAE Cabinet, with TDRA and the Ministry of Economy

Marketing calls only from 9am to 6pm, with a Do Not Call Register

Cabinet Resolutions No. 56 and 57 of 2024 apply to licensed companies, including those in free zones. Marketing calls are allowed only from 9am to 6pm. A consumer who refuses may not be called again, and an unanswered call may not be repeated more than once a day and twice a week. TDRA's Do Not Call Register lets people opt out of marketing calls from specific sectors or all sectors. The Ministry lists 18 administrative violations, with fines from AED 10,000 to AED 150,000.

    As read
  6. Rule 06UAE Government (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the PDPL)

Personal data needs consent, with some exceptions

The UAE government portal says the Personal Data Protection Law came into force on 2 January 2022 and prohibits processing personal data without the owner's consent, except where processing is necessary to protect a public interest or to carry out legal procedures and rights.

11 · Questions

Questions industrial suppliers & distributors ask us.

What does a marketing agency do for an industrial supplier in the UAE?

It makes your range findable by engineers and buyers, makes RFQs arrive complete, and makes sure each one has an owner and a follow-up date. It doesn't replace repeat buyers and relationships; if they bring in your work, keep them. Lucidarc Digital builds it as one system in 90 days: spec pages from your catalogue, an RFQ form and WhatsApp intake, a CRM register, search and LinkedIn campaigns, and reporting by source.

How much does industrial supplier marketing cost with Lucidarc Digital?

The 90-day system is a fixed fee of AED 15,000–30,000 (≈ USD 4,000–8,000), the same as in every sector; the free audit sets where you land in the range. After day 90, an optional retainer starts from AED 5,000 a month (≈ USD 1,400). Ad spend is separate, paid by you directly to Google or LinkedIn. ERP links and custom systems are quoted separately.

Can you help us win ADNOC or government tenders?

No. Tenders are decided on prequalification, ICV and commercial terms, and we don't touch any of those. What we can do is make your vendor pack easy to find and check, and keep tender RFQs in the same register as everything else so none is missed.

Should our ICV certificate be on our website?

Only if it's current. ADNOC's FAQ says one certificate covers a trade licence and is valid for 14 months from the audited financial statement, or until new statements are issued. If you publish it, show the validity date and replace it when it's renewed.

Is Google Ads worth it for industrial spare parts in the UAE?

It's worth testing where buyers search part numbers, brands or 'supplier in Dubai' and buy outside a tender portal. We run it in Month 2 against cost per qualified RFQ, and stop campaigns that don't produce them. Where every order goes through a portal, we'd tell you not to spend on it.

Our buyers are engineers. Will agency-written content be technical enough?

Only if it comes from your engineers. We draft from your datasheets, standards and certificates, your technical lead corrects it, and nothing goes live without their approval.

What happens to an RFQ that arrives at night or on a weekend?

The intake acknowledges it with a reference, asks for anything missing, such as quantity, delivery point or a drawing, logs it in the CRM and assigns it to a named sales engineer for the next working day, or to whoever you have on call. It never quotes a price or terms.

How do you handle exhibition leads from ADIPEC or Big 5?

We set up the show page and the CRM import before the show, so badge scans and cards become records with an owner and a follow-up date. Uploading those contacts to ad platforms needs a consent basis under the UAE's data protection law, which we confirm with you first.

Will AI assistants recommend us?

Nobody can promise that. Assistants cite pages they can read and trust: specifications in plain text, consistent company details, and mentions on other sites. We build the pages, keep the details consistent, and check each month what assistants say when asked your buyers' questions.

Have you worked with industrial suppliers in the UAE?

Not yet. Our industrial work is in Saudi Arabia, for the Precision group, where precigasket.com is live, and in the US, for T3, a maker of environmental test chambers. The buyers are the same kind of engineer; we show you both as what they are.
