About these terms

lucidarcdigital.com is run by Lucidarc Digital - FZCO. By using the site, the Digital Growth Audit, the growth planner or the client portal, you agree to these terms. Our services themselves are governed by the proposal you accept, not by this page.

The audit and the growth planner

• They're free, automated and for information only. They aren't legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
• The audit reads a website's public pages at one point in time and can't see private accounts or systems. Findings say whether they were measured, inferred, or need access to confirm.
• Written findings, AI visibility answers and plans are produced with AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. Scores are our own weighting of our checks, not Google's. Targets in plans are planning ranges, not promises.
• Only submit websites you own or have a legitimate reason to assess.
• Reports and plans can be opened by anyone with their link. Share links with care.
• We limit how often one visitor can run them, and may block automated or abusive use.

Prices and offers

Prices on this site are indicative ranges. What we deliver and what it costs are set only in a proposal you accept. Nothing on the site guarantees a particular number of leads, ranking or amount of revenue.

The client portal

The portal is by invitation only. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Accepting a proposal in the portal — typing your name and confirming — is your agreement to that proposal and its terms, and we keep a record of it. Only accept if you're authorised to commit your business.

Our content

The site's design, text, code and brand belong to us. Your audit report and plan are yours to use and share. Don't copy the site or its tools, or use them to build a competing service.

Liability

The site and its free tools are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using them or relying on their output, or for indirect or consequential losses of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
