The leak it fixes

Where do ad budgets leak?

Between the click and the enquiry: campaigns report clicks and form fills, and nobody can say which ones became customers.

In each sector it looks like this.

Clinics & healthcareLeak

Reports show clicks, not bookings.

What it looks like

Campaigns report form fills and calls. Nobody can say which treatment or channel produced booked consultations, so the budget stays where it was.

Professional servicesLeak

Broad keywords bring every price check in town.

What it looks like

A campaign on a generic setup or visa search brings anyone comparing fees. Without qualification, senior people spend their mornings on enquiries that were never going to buy.

B2B & industrialLeak

LinkedIn spend with no line to an RFQ.

What it looks like

Exhibitions, LinkedIn and search all claim credit. Without a source on each RFQ, nobody can show which channel produced the contract.

Why does tracking come before the first campaign?

Because a campaign is judged by the enquiries it produces, and without tracking nobody can see which ones did.

The longer answer

We install analytics, call tracking and conversion events first, so every enquiry carries its source and a cost, and the platforms learn from the enquiries that qualify rather than from clicks.

Who pays for the ads, and who owns the account?

You do, directly: ad spend goes from your own Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn account to the platform, and we work in it as an invited user. Evidence · published Ad spend is separate. The longer answer

Our full checklist also says where we're still building.

Fit

Who are paid campaigns for, and who aren't they for?

They're for businesses whose sale is worth paying for a click and a follow-up, with someone to reply; they aren't for anyone who wants campaigns live this week without tracking.

A good fit if

  • What you sell is worth enough to pay for a click and a follow-up.
  • Someone on your team will reply to the enquiries the campaigns bring.
  • You'll let tracking go in before the budget goes up.

Not a fit if

  • You want campaigns live this week, without tracking. We won't run them blind.
  • Your budget can't cover the weeks it takes to learn what qualifies. We'll say so, and suggest search or the website first.
  • You want us to buy the media and re-bill you. Ad spend stays in your account, paid by you.

Who we do this for

Which businesses do we work with on paid campaigns?

Businesses across the UAE in three sectors: premium clinics, professional services, and B2B and industrial suppliers.

Each sector page, and each business-type page under it, shows how the work changes for that kind of business.

Questions

Questions about paid campaigns, answered first.

The questions UAE businesses ask about paid campaigns, each answered in its first sentence.

How much does Google Ads management cost in Dubai?

With us, campaigns are set up inside the 90-day system for its fixed fee of AED 15,000–30,000, then run on Growth+ at AED 9k–15k / mo (≈ USD 2.4k–4k). If we run your whole acquisition function, Growth Partner is AED 8k–25k (≈ USD 2.2k–6.8k) per month. Ad spend is always separate.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No. Ad spend is always separate, paid by you directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. Our fee covers the setup and the running of the campaigns.

Which platform should we use: Google, Meta or LinkedIn?

The one where your buyer is. Google for people already searching for what you sell, Meta for offers people discover rather than search for, LinkedIn for B2B buyers you can name by role or industry. The audit and the first weeks of tracking decide it, not habit.

How much should we spend on ads?

Enough to learn what qualifies in your market, which depends on what a click costs in your sector. We set the starting budget with you once tracking is in, and say plainly if it's too small to learn from.

Do you guarantee a cost per lead?

No. We report cost per qualified enquiry by source every month and move budget towards what produces it. We don't promise lead volumes or a cost per lead.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We work in your Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn accounts as invited users. The accounts, their history and their audiences stay with you.

Can you take over campaigns another agency set up?

Yes. We check the tracking first. If conversions aren't counted properly, fixing that comes before any change to the campaigns.

Do clinic ads in Dubai need approval?

Under DHA's social-media standard, any post that names or locates a clinic needs the medical director's approval, and the clinic's official account must show its MOHAP advertisement licence number. For a clinic, nothing we draft runs until the clinic has approved it. This isn't legal advice.
