Lucidarc Digital does web design and development for businesses in Dubai and across the UAE: websites and landing pages made to produce enquiries, not only to describe the business. Every page has one next step, WhatsApp and click-to-call sit where buyers decide, and each form and call is tracked, so every enquiry reaches your CRM with its source.

Why it matters

Most sites describe the business well, then leave the buyer to work out what to do next. We build the pages your enquiries come through, and the plumbing behind them: forms, WhatsApp, calls and tracking, wired to your CRM.

The leak it fixes

Where do websites lose enquiries?

At the point a buyer decides what to do next, and it looks different in each of the three sectors we work in.

These are the leaks this service is built to close.

Clinics & healthcareLeak

Treatment pages that explain, but don't invite.

What it looks like

The procedure is described well. The consultation request is buried, there's no WhatsApp, and the patient can't tell what happens after they ask.

Professional servicesLeak

Service pages written for peers, not buyers.

What it looks like

A founder arrives with one question about a licence, a visa or a structure, and finds a firm overview. With no next step for their case, they ask the next firm.

B2B & industrialLeak

Specs in a PDF, and an RFQ box with one field.

What it looks like

Engineers look for capacities, certifications and product data before they ask. A form with a message box means days of emails to get quantities, drawings and delivery terms.

Explained · 2 questions, each answered in its first sentence

What does a website need before it can produce enquiries?

Four things beyond the design: one next step on every page, WhatsApp and click-to-call that work from a phone, tracking that proves each enquiry arrives with its source, and a CRM that gives each enquiry an owner.

The longer answer

Without the last two, nobody can say which page or campaign produced a customer.

AI assistants add one more requirement for the same pages: key facts such as services, prices and locations in the page's HTML, not hidden in tabs, PDFs or images, so they can be read and quoted. Evidence · published Microsoft: how AI search picks passages. Microsoft's Bing team says AI assistants parse pages into smaller pieces, treat headings as chapter titles, lift direct question-and-answer passages, lists and tables, and may not read content hidden in tabs, expandable menus, PDFs or images. Titles, H1s and descriptions should agree. Microsoft Advertising blog · Krishna Madhavan, Bing · checked 2 Oct 2026 Open the evidence →

The general shape inside the 90-day system. Sold on its own as Digital Launch, the same steps run to the timeline in your proposal. How the 90 days run →

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Access and plan

You invite us to the accounts we'll work in. We agree which pages enquiries come through, what each one asks the buyer to do, and what gets tracked.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Build

Pages, forms, WhatsApp and click-to-call, built and connected to your CRM. You review the copy and the design before anything goes live.

  3. Week 4

    Launch and check

We send test enquiries through every form, call and WhatsApp link and confirm each one arrives with its source. A tag loading isn't proof; a test enquiry arriving is.

  4. Month 2 onward

    Test

Inside the 90-day system, landing pages are tested against cost per enquiry in month 2. On a Growth retainer, conversion work and maintenance continue monthly.

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

With us, a Digital Launch is AED 12k–25k (≈ USD 3.3k–6.8k) · one-off project, or the site is month 1 of the 90-day system at its fixed fee.

How the number is set

In AED with USD equivalents; the audit sets the exact number within each range, and the cost guide sets it beside the market prices we could source.

  6. 06

    No ranking promises

A new site can be built so search engines and AI assistants can read it. Nobody can promise where it ranks.

Fit

Who is a website project for, and who isn't it for?

It's for businesses whose buyers already find them but don't enquire enough; it isn't for a brochure nobody plans to answer.

If the second column describes you, this isn't the service to buy yet.

A good fit if

  • Buyers already find you, and too few of them enquire.
  • You can name who replies to an enquiry, and you want each one to reach them with its source.
  • You're replacing a site you can't edit, or can't measure.

Not a fit if

  • You want a brochure and don't plan to answer enquiries from it.
  • Your site converts and the problem is that nobody finds it. Start with search or paid campaigns.
  • You need it live next week. A page that converts needs your input on what buyers ask.

Who we do this for

Which businesses do we work with on websites?

Businesses across the UAE in three sectors: premium clinics, professional services, and B2B and industrial suppliers.

Each sector page, and each business-type page under it, shows how the work changes for that kind of business.

Questions

Questions about websites, answered first.

The questions UAE businesses ask about websites, each answered in its first sentence.

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

With Lucidarc Digital, a website built as a Digital Launch is AED 12k–25k (≈ USD 3.3k–6.8k) · one-off project. Inside the 90-day system the site is month 1, covered by the fixed fee of AED 15,000–30,000 (≈ USD 4,000–8,000). The audit sets the exact number within the range.

How long does it take to build a website?

Inside the 90-day system, the site is built in month 1. As a standalone Digital Launch, the timeline is set in your proposal once the pages and integrations are scoped. We don't quote a timeline before that.

Which platforms do you build on?

The one your team can edit and that connects to your CRM. Our published work includes Shopify and WooCommerce stores. We write custom code only when a platform can't do the job.

Can you redesign our current site instead of starting again?

Usually. The audit shows what to keep. We rebuild the pages your enquiries come through and connect the rest.

Will a new website rank on Google or appear in AI answers?

We build it so search engines and AI assistants can read it: speed, titles, structured data, a sitemap, and key facts in plain HTML rather than in tabs or PDFs. We don't promise rankings or AI mentions. Search & AI visibility is the service that works on being found.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. We work inside your domain, hosting, analytics and CRM as invited users, from the first day.

Do you build landing pages for ads?

Yes. Landing pages for the offers that matter most are part of the scope, and inside the 90-day system they're tested against cost per enquiry in month 2.

Is WhatsApp just a button on the page?

No. Each WhatsApp tap is tracked, the conversation reaches the person who owns enquiries, and follow-up can be automated in month 3 of the programme.
