An aesthetics and dermatology clinic

Instagram brings the attention; price-check messages and no-shows eat the front desk's day.

Not a client, not results. A fictional business, drawn to show what the 90-day system could look like in clinics & healthcare. Nothing here has happened. Your own plan starts from your own audit.

01The business

  • One clinic, strong Instagram following.
  • Consultations lead to treatment plans across several visits.
  • Messages handled on a shared phone.

02Where it starts

  • Most enquiries are Instagram and WhatsApp messages asking "how much?".
  • Serious enquiries get lost among price checks.
  • Missed appointments leave gaps in the diary.
  • Nobody can say which posts or ads lead to paying patients.

03The 90 days, month by month

  1. 01Days 1–30

    Foundation

    • Instagram, WhatsApp and website enquiries into one inbox and CRM, each with an owner.
    • Treatment pages that set expectations — process, number of sessions, price guidance where you're comfortable — and invite a consultation.
    • Tracking from ad or post to enquiry to booking.
  2. 02Days 31–60

    Acquisition

    • Meta campaigns by treatment, judged on booked consultations rather than messages.
    • Answers to the questions people ask before booking, for search and AI assistants.
  3. 03Days 61–90

    Automation

    • An assistant that acknowledges each message and asks treatment interest and the day the patient prefers; the front desk then confirms a consultation time the patient asked for, never one they didn't (DHA's social-media standard treats unsolicited appointment times as unacceptable). Questions about price go to the front desk with the conversation attached.
    • Confirmation and reminder messages to cut no-shows, and rebooking prompts between sessions.

After day 90

A Growth+ retainer focused on campaigns, content and the assistant's answers, reviewed monthly.

How the 90-day system works

04At day 90

  • Price checks reach the front desk with the details attached, answered from one approved price guide.
  • Serious enquiries handed to a person at a set point.
  • Confirmations and reminders before every appointment.
  • A clear view of which content and campaigns bring patients.

05What we'd measure

  • Messages to consultation rate
  • Consultation to treatment plan rate
  • No-show rate
  • Cost per booked consultation
  • Revenue by source

06What we'd need from you

  • Access to Meta Business, WhatsApp Business and the booking system
  • Approved price guidance for the front desk, and answers to common non-clinical questions
  • Someone to review the assistant's answers in the first weeks
